Altai Honey Enterprise LLC was founded in 2014. Our production center is located in the heart of Altai Territory- in the city of Barnaul. We work only with verified apiaries from all regions of the Altai Territory, Russia, Kazakhstan and Kirghizia.

The quality and consumer internals of our products meet the highest requirements the modern buyer and exceed GOST. All products are certified and undergo strict quality control. We constantly expand the range of products- today we have more than 15 popular varieties of honey.

Guarantees of high quality and the production process were obtained through the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures based on the principals of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This is a concept that provides for the systematic identification, assessment and management of hazard that significantly affect product safety. We use a high-tech pressure filtration system in our production (2 coarse-mesh filters and 2 fine gage strainer 10 micron=0.1 mm). As a result, we get pure honey without impurity. Direct supply from filters, minimal contact with air when closing the lid.

A few words about the Altai territory:

Beekeeping is traditional for Altai Krai. The region ranks 1st in Siberia and 7th in Russia in terms of honey production. In Altai there is a third of bees of Siberia.

Altai Territory is located in the South-East of Western Siberia. The territory of Altai belongs to the West Siberian plain and Altai — Sayan. The mountainous part covers the plain from the Eastern and southern sides — the Salair ridge and the Altai foothill. The Western and Central part of the region is mainly flat nature- Priobsky plateau, Biya-Chumysh hill, Kulundinskaya plain. In the region there are almost all natural areas-steppe and forest-steppe, taiga and mountains.The flat part of the Altai territory is characterized by the development of steppe and forest-steppe natural zones, with pine forests, developed ravine system, lakes and patches.

Altai honey is highly valued by consumers for its bright and rich taste and aroma. This is because of the large number of honey plants in the composition. Due to the peculiarities of the local climate, bees saturate honey with a large number of enzymes, which has a beneficial effect on the performance of honey. Especially valuable varieties of Altai honey – meadow, taiga, Angelica, mountain herbs and mountain honey.
