- Cup container 15, 33 kilos
- Plastic buckets 1.5, 3, 4.5 kilos
Ingredients: natural honey, thyme extract.
Plant extracts are obtained by low-temperature technologies, allowing to fully extract and preserve the biologically active substances of plants. The product is made on the basis of high-quality Altai honey. The combination of extracts with natural honey doubles the strength and improves the availability of biologically active substances for the body, which allows to achieve the maximum healing effect.
Thyme (thyme) is characterized by a high content of various nutrients. These are vitamins, minerals, essential oils that have a beneficial effect on the body. Most often, the aerial part of the plant is used. It contains the following macronutrients, per 100 grams:
Potassium 814 mg controls the work of muscles, and therefore, has a beneficial effect on the heart, evens out its rhythm, reduces the severity of arrhythmia;
Calcium 1890 mg is necessary for the formation of bone tissue, preserving the integrity of the teeth. The macronutrient is popular in women because it prevents brittle nails;
Phosphorus 201 mg helps strengthen bones, is involved in the formation of adrenal hormones;
Sodium 55 mg controls the balance of intercellular fluid, does not allow dehydration;
Magnesium 220 mg is involved in the work of muscles, therefore it has a positive effect on the heart. It is noted that with its regular intake into the body, arrhythmia becomes less pronounced. Convulsions appear less often.
There are also trace elements important for the body:
Manganese 7.867 mg takes part in the development of cells, helps to absorb vitamin B1, copper and iron. Harm (the development of anemia, deterioration of the glands) can only be caused by a significant (2-3 times more than the daily norm of 5 mg) excess. Excess occurs in case of soy protein abuse in food and at the same time taking multivitamin complexes with manganese;
Iron 123.6 mg in tea with thyme (with or without honey) makes it therapeutic for anemia, because it increases the level of hemoglobin;
Copper 860 mcg is involved in the conversion of iron to hemoglobin. That is, it has indirect therapeutic properties in case of anemia (lack of iron in the body, low hemoglobin);
Zinc 6.18 mg is included in many skin treatments, because it is loved by women. Participates in the renewal of skin cells and the production of collagen fibers;
Selenium 4.6 μg neutralizes free radicals, is involved in redox processes.
Vitamins
The beneficial properties of thyme are largely due to the complex of vitamins contained in it. Some vitamins are concentrated in dry thyme:
A - 0.24 mg in fresh, 0.19 - in dry;
B1 - 0.05 mg in fresh, 0.51 - in dry;
B2 - 0.47 mg and 0.4 mg, respectively;
PP - 1.82 mg in fresh, 4.94 - in dry;
C - 160 mg in fresh, 50 - in dry;
beta-carotene - 2,851 mg.
B1 (thiamine) is involved in the metabolism, normalizes the functioning of the central nervous system, and is necessary for copying genetic data during cell division. B2 (riboflavin) takes part in the synthesis of nerve cells, activates the maturation of red blood cells, promotes better absorption of iron (i.e., has healing properties in case of anemia). An important vitamin for the beauty of women, as it is involved in skin regeneration.
Vitamin A (retinol) is a powerful antioxidant involved in protein synthesis. Normalizes the state of the retina. Increases the resistance of the mucous membranes to viruses. Restores tissues of all skin layers. Indispensable for pregnant women. It is necessary for the normal nutrition of the fetus, and if it is lacking, a child can be born with a lack of weight.
Vitamin PP (nicotinic acid) is involved in redox processes, carbohydrate and fat metabolism. The presence of vitamin C explains the beneficial properties of thyme for immunity - it increases resistance to viruses. Accelerates the healing of skin injuries, a powerful antioxidant.
Indications
It is recommended for men and women prone to arrhythmias due to the high potassium content, which helps to even out the heart rhythm. It is prescribed for reduced hemoglobin, anemia (lack of iron in the body), because it contains the whole complex of necessary substances to eliminate these problems. Also indicated for men with potency problems due to selenium content.
Beneficial features
this honey has pronounced antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal properties due to the presence of natural biocides such as carvacrol and thymol, which can be used to treat diseases of the upper respiratory tract (in particular, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, flu), burns, constantly festering wounds fungal skin diseases;
due to the constituents of quercetin and rosmarinic acid, it is able to stabilize the cell membranes of the blood and connective tissues, thereby preventing the release of histamine and the onset of an allergic reaction to the same pollen (experienced consumers use honey even to “extinguish” acute allergic reactions);
as an effective antioxidant (due to flavonoids and polyphenols), this bee product protects a person from negative environmental influences, including from poisoning with tobacco smoke;
Another feature of thyme honey is its anticacerogenic property, which prevents the development of malignant tumors and reduces the viability of mutated cancer cells.
